80 miles north of Palm Beach lies a development called Windsor, located on a barrier island at the north end of  Vero Beach, Florida.  Windsor spans 416 acres with 350 lots. The lots, range from $1.2 million to $12 million.  Annual dues are $11,750 (not including golf dues), and the yearly association maintenance fee is $5,794.

Residents drive around in golf carts and go for coffee at the village store.  Members golf on the Robert Trent Jones Jr. course or horse ride at the equestrian center.
