For the special you

Properties are intended to appeal to a sophisticated individual who is accustomed to extraordinary service with a modern touch. They will showcase the best in dining and nightlife, services and amenities for residents as well as travelers.

The Shrager touch

” The hotel and residences are kind of dedicated to the good life and make staying in Miami really easy and effortless and make it the art of living rather than the job of living. There is nothing else like them currently in the marketplace. We tried to capture the details of life in the details of the architecture” said Ian Shrager. He is so enthusiastic about the residential portion of the Miami Beach project that he’ll own one of the apartments himself.
