Ian Shrager’s Residences at the Miami Beach Edition is located at 2901 Collins Avenue on 3 acres of beachfront property. It was formerly the location of the Seville Hotel. The project

The project includes 26 condominium units designed by John Pawson that will open under the direction of Ian Shrager. The Edition is a property of Marriott. It will include a Bowling Alley, Ice Skating Rink, restaurants and nightclub. The residential units will be on the two top floors of the hotel. While the residences will be part of the hotel, they will reportedly have their own separate entrance.
